Its partners felt the business had outgrown its previous office and needed a new and more forward-thinking working environment. They wanted a workplace that helped the business going forward, one which facilitated a cultural shift away from individual offices, to a space with more breakout and entertaining areas for employees, clients and guests.
To fully understand how the business worked, and how its tight-knit teams could operate in the future, Platform Consulting Group undertook a comprehensive staff survey. This helped to inform the final layout, staff seating, kitchen positioning and more. Then, in terms of design, the client wanted a ‘classic and timeless’ look, featuring curves and textures inspired by nature.
