Gentrack is a successful software provider to over 200 utility and airport sites in 20 countries. With 10 offices around the world, Gentrack asked Platform Consulting Group to oversee the relocation of its New Zealand base. The task required us to work closely with both the landlord and tenant to create a new home that included extensive internal offices, cafes, meeting and breakout spaces, landscaping, tennis courts and other outdoor areas.
To ensure all these requirements would work in harmony, Platform Consulting Group’s design phase begun with comprehensive staff surveys, concept presentations, furniture tours and prototype reviews. This important groundwork led to an outcome which Gentrack were delighted with. Their new space encourages collaborative working between teams in an environment which promotes staff wellbeing through both business and social interactions.
