Through his career, Jeff has developed strong professional relationships and networks in the corporate and private sectors in the Commercial Property, and represented many high profile clients as project director, including Watercare, Restaurant Brands, Nestlé, and Competenz, as well as blue chip businesses from legal firms to industry-leading developers. His development philosophy is based on international best-practice disciplines, with a personal promise of integrity, clarity, loyalty, and an ability to deliver sound property development and investment solutions.

Jeff Cowan

Managing Director

Born and bred in Ireland, Lorna has over 7 years' experience working in operations and marketing roles in Dublin, London and Auckland. Joining the Platform team in 2021, Lorna ensures everything is running smoothly behind the scenes, assisting both our team and clients, while always working to improve our internal systems and processes.

Lorna O’Brien

With a background in the design and construction industry and experience across large-scale residential, commercial development and commercial fit out, Tim understands and advises clients on best practices to ensure project deliverables and the expectations of potential and existing clients are met, developing partnerships and driving superior project results. Tim is the first point of contact with clients, and responsible for developing business and managing project strategy, Tim is passionate about finding solutions for Clients and works alongside our property, design and project delivery teams with the objective of the highest quality project outcomes and lasting relationships.

Tim Ray

Commercial Manager

Previously a Director of BAAK Design, Alex joined us in 2015, bringing with her an impressive stable of valued clients. This enables her to concentrate on her core skills – commercial interior design and workplace strategy. Fortunate to graduate into a booming London economy, Alex gained a wealth of experience in workplace design, particularly during ten years as Director of Radiate Design. Alex has more than two decades working with global and New Zealand clients such as Royal Bank of Canada, Gartmore, Pfizer, Mars and Mitre 10. Her role includes client liaison, strategic planning, concept design, space planning, and detailed design. She works closely with the team to ensure the design truly reflects the client’s vision. Alex remains hands-on throughout each project, to provide a seamless and innovative solution every time.

Alex Kelly

Design Manager

Daisy has a successful track record of delivery in the fields of commercial fit outs, building upgrades, refurbishments and integration with new builds. A personal commitment to every project and client results in successful delivery and outcomes for all stakeholders. An excellent communicator with an unflappable approach, Daisy strives to ensure potential issues are resolved before problems arise. Her technical expertise and experience gives her a clear perspective of the project life cycle from the design process through to the build, compliance and completion ready for occupation. Daisy is credited with many successful projects across a number of sectors including large commercial office fit outs, education and healthcare, for clients such as St John, Fuji, USL, Meredith Connell, Bayleys and L’Oreal.

With 15 years of comprehensive experience orchestrating and coordinating commercial projects throughout New Zealand Geoff provides a fresh approach to project management. His strength lies in his ability to build relationships with all project members and provides consistent, reliable advice to clients. Geoff brings a uniquely holistic approach to his work, with detailed oversight of each stage of a project.

Geoff Dietsch

Anien is passionate, driven and strives for excellence in all she does. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) and a Diploma in Project Management. Anien has been with Platform Group for six years now and has developed into a proficient and experienced Project Manager bringing projects to successful conclusions, her clients cannot stop singing her praises. She brings a positive and energetic approach to her work with a focus of achieving good outcomes and building strong relationships along the way.

Anien Bester

Wian has a track record of providing expert advice that helps clients to mitigate risk and ensure the successful completion of their projects. With a demonstrated history of working in the commercial construction, fitouts & major infrastructure sectors. Wian has completed projects across the national New Zealand construction market dealing with various clients, councils, builders & stakeholders across the board. Wian is driven by his passion for the full lifecycle of the construction process & making the project vision come to life by fully utilising his experience and in-depth knowledge of the construction, property and infrastructure sectors and implementing project management methodologies and expertise to successfully execute the delivery of all his projects.

Wian Swanepoel

Hayley is an enthusiastic PM who is influenced by her past exhibition, lighting, and furniture design industry experiences. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Design and has an keen eye for detail. Hayley works with clients in a manner that ensures their expectations are met through the efficient and effective coordination of all project resources. Her management skills and determination allow her to deliver successful projects and build strong professional relationships.

Hayley Wolf

PM Support and Procurement Management

Prior moving to New Zealand, Donna had a few years under her belt working as a design architect in the Philippines and Malaysia. Now under Platform, she has embraced the art for commercial and workplace interiors – bringing her acquired skills and knowledge in design to each projects she partakes on.  Working closely with the Design Manager and Architectural Designer, she has developed a design approach which aims to create quality spaces that are inspiring whilst practical, and functional to the end-users while upholding the client’s vision.

Donna Golingay

Architectural Designer

Anee joined the Platform team in 2019 and when she made the move to Australia in 2022 we couldn't bear to say goodbye - Anee now works remotely from Sydney. Anee has over 5 years' experience working in interior design and was working with ITN Architects in Australia before joining the Platform Consulting Group team.  She loves being creative and help bring the client's vision to life so working closely with the Design Manager and Architectural Designer she gets to use her acquired skills, knowledge in design and her creative flare on each project she is involved with. She is involved with all parts of a project including preliminary sketches concept development, site measures, 3D visualisations, construction drawings, scheduling and sourcing products through to quality control.  

Anee Roxburgh

Interior Designer

Wynn says his days fly by, with no two the same. His role as Architectural Designer encompasses space planning, 3D visualisation and drawing documentation. With a Bachelor of Architecture, he brings an impeccable combination of accuracy and style to his projects, which include commercial interior fit outs for Bayleys and Datacom in Auckland and Tavendale and Partners in Christchurch. Before joining our team, Wynn built up an impressive portfolio of successful commercial interiors in New Zealand and a range of architectural design projects overseas. He loves his creative role, and armed with a wide knowledge of building techniques, systems and cutting-edge technologies, he designs beautiful spaces which align seamlessly with each client’s business, culture and objectives.

Wynn Belonio

Architectural Designer

Gemma joined our team in 2021 in a Soft Fit Out Management & Project Management Support role. Gemma is an experienced Design and Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the commercial retail and workplace sectors. Gemma has experience working in Australia, the Middle East, the U.K. and New Zealand delivering large format retail and leisure developments, as well as many diverse retail enhancement projects for global brands, renowned developers and asset managers. Since returning to New Zealand from the U.K. in 2018, Gemma has been working as a Project Manager within the ever-changing workplace sector for some exciting NZ companies and corporate partners.

At Platform Consulting Group we truly believe each Client is unique to the next and “no one size fits all” which is why our Clients have a choice when picking their designer. Chemistry & synergy are very important to both us and our Clients throughout the life cycle of the project and we take great care when handpicking the right designer to match the Client. Our flexible business model allows our Clients to partner with a Platform Consulting Group designer OR an external designer from a suite of preferred and trusted design partners.
