Alex Kelly
Design Manager
Alex has more than two decades of experience working with global and New Zealand clients such as Royal Bank of Canada, Gartmore, Pfizer, Mars and Mitre 10. Her role includes client liaison, strategic planning, concept design, space planning, and detailed design. She works closely with the team to ensure the design truly reflects the client’s vision. Lorna O'Brien

Born and bred in Ireland, Lorna has over 8 years' experience working in operations and marketing roles in Dublin, London and Auckland. Lead Senior Interior Designer
With over two decades of experience spanning the UK and New Zealand, Michael brings deep expertise in workplace strategy, interior architecture, and design across a range of projects, including complex, large-scale commercial environments as well as small, bespoke workplaces. His career includes senior roles at leading London studios, where he led the design and delivery of projects for global clients across the technology, financial services, retail, and public sectors. Michael’s work balances creative thinking with strong technical foundations. He is particularly skilled in stakeholder engagement and in guiding projects from early concept through to completion. Sundara came to us from a Residential Property Management and Construction background and was keen to transition into the world of Commercial Property. Prior moving to New Zealand, Donna had a few years under her belt working as a design architect in the Philippines and Malaysia. Anee Roxburgh
Interior Designer
Anee joined the Platform team in 2019 and when she made the move to Australia in 2022 we couldn't bear to say goodbye - Anee now works remotely from Sydney. Anee has over 5 years' experience working in interior design and was working with ITN Architects in Australia before joining the Platform Consulting Group team. She loves being creative and help bring the client's vision to life so working closely with the Design Manager and Architectural Designer she gets to use her acquired skills, knowledge in design and her creative flare on each project she is involved with.

With over 14 years of experience in New Zealand and the UK, Sarah brings a calm and considered approach to every project she works on. Her background includes commercial, hospitality, and public-sector design, with project involvement spanning concept development, documentation, and on-site coordination. At Platform, she draws on her experience delivering technically complex projects — including the award-winning Park Hyatt Hotel in Auckland — to help create spaces that are refined, functional, and aligned with each client’s vision.
