Bayleys Real Estate’s Remuera branch transitioned from 50 to 303 Remuera Road, occupying a landmark development designed by Fearon Hay Architects.
Platform Consulting Group played a pivotal role in this project, overseeing both project management and the interior design for the Ground Floor and Level 1, which house Bayleys Remuera’s offices, and a vibrant café. These spaces are crafted to enhance both client and staff experiences, featuring modern auction areas, boardrooms, and open-plan offices with panoramic views over Auckland.
Despite construction challenges, including maximising the site footprint and its location on a busy road, the project was successfully completed, resulting in a stunning fit-out that offers an unparalleled work environment. The inclusion of the café on the ground floor activates the streetscape, inviting both clients and the local community to engage with the space, fostering a sense of community and connection.
