For its St Heliers branch, Bayleys asked Platform Consulting Group to oversee a major reconfiguration to achieve a number of goals.
Bayleys wanted to accommodate 20% more agents as well as create breakout and collaboration areas. They also wanted to increase street appeal for passing traffic, and have a more inviting front of house for clients, which could also be opened up for auctions and client entertaining. Working to a tight programme over Christmas to minimise downtime, Platform Consulting Group achieved all this. Better still, branch revenue and productivity have increased, and as a result, Bayleys asked Platform Consulting Group to undertake the roll out of all of their franchises nationally.
