The partners felt the business had outgrown its previous office and needed a new and more forward-thinking working environment. They wanted a workplace that helped the business going forward, one which facilitated a cultural shift away from individual offices, to a space with more breakout and entertaining areas for employees, clients and guests.

To fully understand how the business worked, and how its tight-knit teams could operate in the future, Platform Consulting Group undertook a comprehensive staff survey. This helped to inform the final layout, staff seating, kitchen positioning and more. Then, in terms of design, the client wanted a ‘classic and timeless’ look, featuring curves and textures inspired by nature. Burton Partners has praised us on the outcome, both in terms of meeting the design brief as well as creating an environment which has helped to modernise the way the firm works.
