Flexigroup wanted to relocate to a more central Auckland location for better transport links. And because elements of the business had previously been split up, they wanted a workspace that created an inclusive “one team” outcome.

First we identified areas of the business which needed to interact, considered their space requirements, and positioned the teams accordingly. Each floor was given its own breakout space to encourage interaction, also helped by a prominent café and entertainment area. And despite being a large open plan call centre, we delivered an acoustically appropriate solution as well as a high security area for dealing with financial institutions. The relocation has been a success, with Flexigroup telling us their teams are a happy with their locations, breakout spaces are being enjoyed, and staff retention has improved.
