Together with their landlord partner Goodman, Johnson Corner took over the Ground Floor of the Wynyard Wood House in the Highbrook Business Park to create a new co-working space.

Goodman approached Platform to design, and project manage the brand new, premium, (soon-to-be) green star rated, coworking offices.

They wanted Highbrook to be a fully flexible space with a new contemporary layout and styling that serves the needs of the modern flexible and adaptive worker. The design of the space was to encourage collaboration and flexibility as well as facilitate regular networking events.

We worked through concept designs for the Ground Floor coworking space which spanned across two tenancies (circa 237sqm & 283sqm), an internal common lobby and ground floor external façade.

We developed a design solution that would seamlessly integrate into the building and locality while staying true to both Goodman and Johnson Corner’s core design principles.

Facilities include multiple breakout areas, hot desking and dedicated desk options, open plan and standalone dedicated offices, meeting rooms, reception area and a communal kitchen.

Platform worked tirelessly to design and build a green-star rated flexible workspace during the Pandemic with the industry facing tough challenges, and the workplace utilisation going through structural changes. It was critical for us to get it right and set up our new space for long-term success. The experienced team at Platform has delivered a space that we are proud of, and our customers absolutely love.

Platform were engaged to complete a premium turn-key coworking space. They excelled at refining the design brief and managing the various procurement & construction challenges during the pandemic, a true testament to the quality of their team. The outcome is a brilliant new amenity for the Highbrook Business Park that our customers can enjoy.
