Navico Group

Navico Group develops, manufactures, and sells cutting-edge electrical and navigation products for the marine, RV, and industrial sectors, with a steadfast commitment to innovation, detail, and quality.

To support this vision, we aimed to create a facility that would enhance their capabilities. Previously, Navico Group operated as two separate companies in two different locations, leading to a divided culture. The move to a new office, production, and warehouse facility presented a prime opportunity to unite the teams and strengthen both culture and operations. 

We collaborated closely with Navico Group’s leadership to design a facility that reflected their brand values. Partnering with their engineering team, we developed a custom Research and Development area, featuring: 

• Two Faraday Chambers for electromagnetic compatibility testing 

• A ‘Dirty’ Lab for environmental product testing, including salt spray, high temperatures, and impact assessments 

• A Clean Lab for prototype development 

• A Radar Roof Platform for testing radar technology 

While we didn’t need to grasp every technical detail of Navico Group’s work, it was essential to understand their operational needs. The new building also integrated production and warehouse spaces, ensuring a seamless workflow. 

Throughout the project, we encountered steep learning curves, but our close collaboration with Navico Group allowed us to meet their goals without exceeding budget or timelines. 

Navico Group expressed immense pride in their new facility, noting how closely our visuals matched the final outcome—no surprises! We thoroughly enjoyed this project, gaining valuable insights that made the experience truly memorable.
