The new owner brought Platform Consulting Group in to give the building a complete refurbishment, with the objective to attract new tenants into the premises which had sat vacant for some time.
Platform Consulting Group undertook a complete upgrade to the exterior of the building, giving it a modernised face lift in order to increase street appeal. Our team also undertook an internal refurbishment of the three story premises including new bathrooms, kitchenettes, polished concrete flooring, autex ceiling, lighting, and an upgrade to both the fire protection and air conditioning systems.
