The objective for this project was to differentiate Building B from the other buildings in the complex through providing exclusive access for the tenants, and improving the buildings street appeal.
Platform Consulting Group first created a new designated entrance in the existing facade of the building and installed automatic sliding doors. Our design team incorporated the use of specialist wall, ceiling and floor finishes as well as feature lighting to lift the presence of the lobby upon entry. The owners were clear on their budgetary requirements and our team worked closely with them to value engineer the budget without impacting the design or aesthetic of the new entrance. Our team worked to a tight programme and undertook works whilst still enabling tenants to access the building through the new entrance, this was undertaken with careful planning and health and safety management.
