Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy marks a bold new era for one of the world’s leading dedicated wine companies. Their new Auckland headquarters captures this evolution — a workplace that celebrates both heritage and future focus.
Located on Level 25 of the Vero Centre, the fit-out makes the most of its panoramic harbour views, layered materiality, and a rich, wine-inspired colour palette. Red wine tones run through the space, complemented by fluted glass, timber joinery, and soft lighting to create warmth and depth.
An operable wall offers flexibility in the front-of-house, allowing the space to adapt for meetings, presentations, or larger gatherings. A standout feature is the large banquette table — anchoring the kitchen and breakout zone as a place for team interaction, informal catch-ups, and wine tastings.
Beyond, a blend of focused work areas, meeting suites, and social spaces supports Vinarchy’s collaborative, people-first culture. The result is a confident, high-functioning workplace that reflects the company’s global leadership in wine — designed for clarity, engagement, and growth.
