The task Watercare set Platform Consulting Group was to relocate its ground floor reception to be with the main tenancy on level 3. In addition, Watercare wanted a large collaboration area for business divisions to work together, which could also be used for conferences and functions with external partners and clients.
Employees were temporarily relocated while the hub area was being created, and the majority of work was carried out after hours to minimise noise disruption. The feature reception is now more welcoming, and the new collaboration hub with its smart furniture has also had the desired effect; the space is at 60-70% capacity each day and has successfully changed the way a majority of the business divisions work with each other and external partners.
