Level 1 at 110 Custom Street West showcases a full floor refurbishment and the creation of three prestigious office suites, each of which boasts magnificent views of Auckland’s Viaduct.
The core of this project entailed the complete demolition of the existing floor fitout to bare shell, upgrading the base build services, and subsequently dividing the floor plate into three distinct suites. These suites are seamlessly interconnected through a deluxe, high-end lobby, fostering a sense of luxury and unity. Additionally, the project involved a full shared bathroom and mini EOT creation for the incoming tenants.
Each of the designated suites, has its own private kitchen and boardroom, offering a level of functionality and sophistication that elevates their work experience.
